Call for Board Members: Shape the Future of Paramedic Practitioners and Primary Healthcare

As we continue to advance the field of paramedic practice and enhance primary healthcare and community paramedic specialities, we are excited to announce an opportunity for you to contribute to our mission in a significant way. The Australian Institute of Paramedic Practitioners (AIPP) is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors.

Why Join the AIPP Board?

Joining the AIPP Board provides a unique platform to influence the future direction of paramedic practice in Australia. As a board member, you will:

  • Shape Policy and Strategy: Help develop policies and strategies that guide the growth and development of paramedic practitioners.
  • Advocate for the Profession: Represent the interests of paramedic practitioners at various levels, advocating for recognition, resources, and support.
  • Enhance Professional Standards: Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of high standards in education, training, and practice.
  • Foster Innovation: Support and drive initiatives that promote innovation and best practices in primary healthcare and community paramedicine.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about advancing the paramedic profession.
  • Experienced in paramedic practice, primary healthcare, or community paramedicine.
  • Skilled in strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration.
  • Committed to dedicating time and effort to the Board’s activities.
  • Ideally hold Fellowship of AIPP or working towards Fellowship.

To express your interest in joining the AIPP Board, please send an email to info@acpp.net.au with the following:

  • A brief email outlining your interest and what you hope to bring to the Board.
  • A current CV highlighting your relevant experience and contributions to the field.

Deadline for Applications:

Please submit your application by 30 June 2024. Selected candidates will be contacted for further discussions.
