Paramedic Practitioner Courses
ACPP Accredited Programs: Seamless Followship and College Recognition as a Paramedic Practitioner.
The Accreditation of Paramedic Practitioner Programs: The Australasian College of Paramedic Practitioners has evolved a robust and independent accreditation processes of educational providers to ensure that the education and training received by paramedics will allow them to progress to the practice level of a Paramedic Practitioner,
The Accreditation of Paramedic Practitioner Programs are structured into eight key standards. These standards are based on the Paramedic Practitioner Practice Framework and collectively require that a program has the appropriate governance, curricula planning and review processes, and resources to maintain these standards.
Standard 1: Education and Provider's Governance
Standard 2: The Paramedic Practitioner and Advanced Clinical Practice Curriculum Framework
Standard 3: Development and Outcome of the Program
Standard 4: Content, Teaching and Learning Within of the Program
Standard 5: Approach to Candidate Assessment
Standard 6: Candidates Monitoring and Evaluation
Standard 7: Resources and the learning Environment
Graduates of educational programs which meet this accreditation process will be able to be seamlessly (Pathway 1) admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Paramedic Practitioners (FACPP) without taking additional examination and/or assessment
